The room was very spacious and had plenty of room for all of my luggage. the location was very convenient for exploring the city. I was able to walk to many popular attractions and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Another great thing was the comfortable bed, which made for a good night's sleep.
There was no reception and I wasn't given clear instructions for check-in. This made it difficult for me to get into the room, especially since it was raining heavily outside.

Had a great Christmas experience! Really enjoyed the spacious room and the location was perfect for exploring. The room was big enough for me and my family to relax in comfortably. We were glad to find that there were some great restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful too!
It was quite frustrating not having a reception. When I arrived, I wasn't given any information about how to check in and had to wait outside in the rain to contact a member of the team for help.
